One of their favourite attack dogs, Pierre Poilievre apparently sees a conspiracy here. The state-run media in Canada (and the citizen-owned media who do their best to compete with them) all lament, daily (with intra-day lament updates, all day long), the price of a barrel of oil, and the resulting price of gas.
